Piece Montée -also known as Croquembouche

The Perfect Chocolate Éclair


If there's one thing my sister and I have a weakness for, it's cream. Thick, luxurious, sweet heavy cream. We've each been guilty of pouring straight heavy cream onto our morning cereal (why waste your time with milk?).
